Carlio’s marquenching heat thermal Treatment Oil is a blend of the highest quality mineral oil and additives used as a cooling fluid in the heat treatment of materials, parts, metals, and alloys in the furnace. It reduces stress and enhances product properties.

Carlio's heat treatment oil has a high flash point and high thermal stability up to 230°C. With suitable additives, this oil demonstrates excellent protection against oxidation during operation. It ensures excellent heat transfer and homogeneity throughout the operation.
